Summary

Leigh is a highly motivated business leader with multi-sector experience spanning over 30 years.  Leigh has owned, managed and grown businesses over 20 years for both him and others, including a multi-sector regional business to business company that delivered services and products to over 20,000 companies across 16 different business units. His role as Group MD was to develop multiple strategies to enable growth in each business unit. Creating strong foundations was key to growth which went from £29m to £121m in 3 years.

Leigh has experience in attracting and working with Private Equity investors.  One of his more recent roles was focused on scaling a business to get ready for sale.

He has worked for Blue chip companies such as Canon UK, helping build and run their Partner channel network. Over a 15-year period he worked with over 50 partners helping them grow their businesses, in some cases taking a client from £200k to £11m in 9 years.

As a Boardroom advisor Leigh can help companies develop strong, measurable, business strategies and sales strategies for growth, as well as implement robust operational systems and practices.
