In the last four years Gerry has been involved with cloud technology and its introduction into SME’s and Accounting practices.  He was sales director for a fast-growing cloud integration company selling consulting and cloud ecosystems around the Xero accounting system.

Prior to joining Boardroom Advisors Gerry was the Managing Director of Cognitive Research, the company was focused on three things, – media research into the changing face of accounting practices, a value-added reseller of cloud-based software and a business consultant involved business acquisitions, interim assignments, GDPR and the funding.

He was a partner in a successful City based software and consulting firm for over twelve years and created one of the world’s first Operational Risk solutions combining value at risk modelling techniques with traditional subjective methods.  He raised $1m in an earn out deal worth $16m for his operational risk system solution.

Prior to starting her own business, Denise spent over 35 years in Commercial Banking, as a Director responsible for business development, successfully coaching sales teams.

During that time, Denise felt very privileged to work with many exceptional business leaders across all business sectors.  Helping entrepreneurs scale-up and grow.

She is passionate about helping really great businesses to grow, working with / in the business in a strategic role.  Helping entrepreneurs and the board deal with sometimes overwhelming demands and focus on the important issues.

Richard has many years of successful board expertise and leadership, spanning growth, turnaround and investment from start up to plc. A highly experienced Executive/Non-Executive Director, he was most recently Deputy Chairman of Image Scan Holdings plc.

Following a successful 11 year career progression in defence and security with BAE Systems, he then headed UK Sales and Marketing for an international technology consulting Group. Subsequently he led private and listed investment companies as CEO and founder.

Richard also has significant international expertise over many years bridging the UK and China as well as across mainland Europe and the USA.
