  7. Filing of the First Confirmation Statement: We will submit your first Confirmation Statement to Companies House, ensuring you meet the filing deadline.
    1. What is a confirmation statement? A confirmation statement is a mandatory filing submitted to Companies House annually. It reports changes and confirms various aspects about the company, such as SIC codes, share capital, shareholders, and the trading status of the company’s shares. Additionally, it confirms the accuracy and currency of all other company information previously reported to Companies House, including director and People with Significant Control details.
    2. How often do I need to file a confirmation statement? Every company must file a confirmation statement at least once a year. Additional filings can be made within this period, but at least one confirmation statement must be delivered to Companies House every 12 months. Failure to do so could lead to the company being struck off, and the director(s) may be liable for prosecution.
  8.  GDPR Compliance Package: Our valuable package provides guidance and templates to help your company quickly achieve full GDPR compliance.
  9.  VAT Registration: If required, we will process the application to have your business registered for VAT on your behalf.
  10.  PAYE Registration: We will handle the registration of your company for PAYE with HMRC, enabling you and your employees to receive a salary.
  11.  Full Company Secretary Service for 12 Months: Our premier service includes appointing a company secretary on Companies House, maintaining your statutory register, filing your annual confirmation statement, and allowing up to ten free changes to your company per year (e.g., transfer of shares and changes of directors).

What is a company secretary?

A company secretary assists directors in fulfilling their legal obligations related to the company. Responsibilities typically include maintaining the company’s register and handling filings with Companies House. The role may vary from company to company, and details of appointed secretaries are listed on the company’s public file on Companies House.
