Our Process

Video Transcript

Hi, I’m John Courtney, Founder and Chief Executive of Boardroom Advisors. This short video is about our process to help you find the right part-time director for your business.

So we start with a discovery meeting with our Regional Director to identify and confirm the major business challenges for your company.

The Regional Director then goes away and talks to the team and matches the relevant advisors from the team with your main challenges.

And provides you with a couple of our best profiles and you select whether you want to meet with one of our advisors. If you do, obviously, you interview in the normal way and you can either start straight away with the advisor or actually we recommend starting with a strategic review ‑ to get all the issues out on the table, get them discussed, get priorities agreed.

So this involves the internal research and a strategic workshop where both the advisor and our Regional Director together with the main decision makers from your business will all be present.

And we come out at the end with a report and recommendations, priorities, timescales and so on. And then there’s a follow-up meeting to agree the priorities and time the timeline and the draft 100-day plan. And that’s our process.

If you’re interested, why not speak with one of our Regional Directors to see if we have someone with the right skills and experience to really make a difference to your business. There will of course be no cost or obligation for any initial call or for a discovery meeting.
