Zoe is an experienced CEO of listed and SME companies with 35+ years of banking and management consultancy experience.

Founding two successful start-ups (with one exit) Zoe has strong commercial acumen helping management prepare or improve their strategy, financial management, business processes, stakeholder engagement and due diligence materials to plan, launch, fund and grow businesses.

Zoe has advised or lent to over 200 SME’s in fintech, residential & commercial property, telecom, professional services, hotels, pubs, restaurants, data providers, publishing, education, construction, retirement homes, nurseries, gaming, sustainable energy, sport, charities and broad manufacturing.

She is an experienced Non-Exec and Mentor.

Large, listed company experience as UK CEO of Bankgesellschaft, Germany’s 6^th largest bank.

Head of Fixed Income at Hermes Fund Management (then owned by BT’s pension scheme). Established a £750m direct lending fund for SMEs and as Head of Treasury managed billion dollar flows in rates, FX and deposits.

Managing Director and Head of Credit at ThinCats (a Fintech company, majority owned by British Aerospace’s pension scheme) lent to over 200 SME companies in a broad range of industry sectors.

Experience of Business Angels, Small Firms Loan Guarantees, Asset Finance, Trade Finance, Invoice Discounting.

Co-owner of Promethion Limited, a management consultancy business raising debt, subdebt, pref shares and equity; undertaking M&A searches and due diligence including working for PE houses.
