Experience

Joined a management consultancy and set up an Aviation sector offering a range of services.  Specifically, around people and change although we offered other services around growth, data and digital and operational excellence.

The sector expanded to be the Transport sector that was over 60% of the business.  Drove and delivered a growth plan for the business over 3 years that say the business double in size and profitability.

Was accountable for creating a culture where people were at the heart of the business and developing a leadership offering that ensured it was embed within the leadership team.
