Summary

Prabha draws on her experience from two different product manufacturing sectors – real estate, and fashion. In the 14 years she has spent across these industries, she has seen various projects through from concept, to design, to product development and ultimately sales.

Prabha is passionate about working with teams to create strong concepts and defining crisp strategies for delivery. She enjoys executing projects through excellent relationships with partners and stakeholders. Her work as a connector is enriched by a deep understanding of different cultures, and an international network that spans Europe, US and Asia.

  • Developed strategy and delivery mechanisms for a new urban development in Lisbon, Portugal
  • Defined and executed marketing and sales strategy, targeting occupiers and partners for urban development in Lisbon

Branding & Concept

  • Launched womenswear brand, achieving sales in more than 30 countries; one of Fast Company’s most innovative brands in 2017
  • Delivered the first street food market at King’s Cross; featured in Time Out’s top 101 things to do in London 2012

Marketing & Sales

  • Secured partnership with Singapore Airlines, as one of 13 brands (alongside Apple and Swarovski) to launch an “official store” on their e-commerce platform
  • Delivered a pop-up restaurant in King’s Cross that exceeded annual revenue targets of £1-2M

Investor Communications & Governance

  • Developed regular reporting for the 67-acre King’s Cross development, used to brief bankers and auditors
  • Established a cross-functional steering group to develop sustainability reporting for King’s Cross
  • As Non-Executive Director of Poplar HARCA, an affordable housing association in East London, provided insights and guidance on housing development and regeneration programmes
