Nigel Hall is an accomplished C-level leader, experienced board member, and advisor who specializes in early-stage, angel, VC, PE, and public-backed companies. He has experience in M&A, transformation, turnaround, and sale transactions.

Nigel is an expert in cultural, business, and digital transformation, promoting technology as an enabler.

He coaches and mentors board/senior executives and instils robust governance. Nigel is a board member & advisor to several incubators/accelerators and venture builders globally and a Non-Executive Director Chair, Coach/Mentor to Founders across various cross-sector start-ups & scale-ups. He previously served as a Board Director at Orange internationally.

Nigel is an NED, Chair, Board Advisor, Interim CEO, Mentor & Coach to Founder entrepreneurs & Executives of early stage, start-up, scale-up, SME and Corp companies across the Tech, Media, and Telco sector.

Originally an Engineer, Nigel has led multiple multinational organisations at the C Suite, and specialises in business wide, digital, & cultural transformation driven by growth and/or efficiency.

He has, additionally, built, bought & sold businesses internationally as part of an M&A unit, having been part of the original start up Team that created a disruptive, customer centric brand and led the scale up of it internationally.

As part of the start-up Team at Orange, he also led the start-up of their overseas units and has since worked for multiple innovative brands in Formula 1, Mobile, the Media/Music industry, Consulting sector, Health-Tech, FinTech as well as various other venture backed businesses.

He also worked in Local Government in the West Midlands leading an IT Development Centre targeted at helping underrepresented BAME and Women Groups into the workplace,

He is also a Mentor & advisor to several early-stage companies in incubators & accelerators at the like of the University of Warwick and Cambridge as well as being a member of several Boards as an NED & Chair. Nigel is also on the Board for an award-winning U.K. based Accelerator and on the Board of a UK Local Enterprise Partnership leading on EDI and innovation.
