Mark is a Senior Executive with over 35 years experience of strategy and transformation across a variety of sectors. He has created and launched several start-ups in the professional services and data and tech areas as well as building and running small and large practices within large professional services organisations.

He has been a pioneer in the application of analytics and AI to drive business transformation as well as having fifteen years experience developing leadership programmes for senior Executives including extensive coaching and mentoring.

  • Senior Partner – Head of UK Data and Analytics. Responsible for the building and development of the UK’s Data and Analytics Practice. Built practice from less than £2m in revenue and 14 people to £15m million in revenue and 125 people in 4 years. Developed new approaches to leverage AI to drive business transformation
  • Vice President – Head of UK Insights and Data Practice. Responsible for development and implementation for overall strategy for building the Insights and Data practice including the leadership and management of over 800 staff split between the UK and India.
  • Equity Partner – Head of UK Power and Utilities Practice. Responsible for development and implementation for overall strategy for building the Power and Utilities business in the UK, assumes overall responsibility for the total firmwide relationship all UK utility clients
    in water, power and gas industries, and responsible for the development of new market propositions in the sector and also across multiple sectors in areas specifically advanced analytics and energy efficiency.
  • ACERTUS Ltd. Chief Executive – established a new information services business unit within one of the world’s largest environmental consulting organisations. Established the strategy for the business and set-up all systems and process for business operation. Hired all staff and delivered against budget within the first year.
