As the Director, Cofounder & CEO of Hirexa Solutions, Mahesh guides and executes the overall strategic vision of building the company as one of the leading global firms in the area of Technology Staffing, HR Consulting & RPO Services in India & Global markets.

He has 25 years of experience in HR in companies spanning Manufacturing, Consumer Durables, IT & ITES Sectors. He has strong experience in setting up talent acquisition function and putting in place the right teams & processes for scale.

Mahesh spent the first ten years of his career in the HR function with companies like GMT, Gea Energy and Videocon Industries, leading their HR function for South of India.

Mahesh then moved on to Software Sector, to lead talent acquisition for iGATE Solutions. He was instrumental in building their headcount from 3000 to 7000 in a span of three plus years.

He later moved to HCL Technologies in a leadership role to lead their Talent Acquisition function globally during 2008-2015.The experience of more than ten thousand plus hiring software professionals, a deep understanding of the requirements of technology sector and a passion to build something ground up resulted in the creation of “Hirexa Solutions, as a global player in talent supply chain.
