Helped a SME privately owned UK optical business to complete a strategic review, creating the value proposition to define and implement the optimal brand position and operating model for the future.

Created for several globally recognised cultural and heritage organisations, their commercial retail strategy including product development, distribution channels, digital strategy, financial and operating model, organisation structure and implementation plans.

Strategic advisor and interim programme manager for a brand repositioning project with a major UK flooring retailer.

Conducted organisation design review for a global fashion and lifestyle retailer executive board structure, identifying strengths and opportunities of their existing model, and designed future structure and capabilities to align with their strategy and objectives.

Supported a niche award winning beauty retailer to develop an international market expansion strategy and route to market, supported the first phase of expansion plans, including project managing the entry into prioritised European markets and launching on a TV shopping channel.
