Helped a SME privately owned UK optical business to complete a strategic review, creating the value proposition to define and implement the optimal brand position and operating model for the future.

Created for several globally recognised cultural and heritage organisations, their commercial retail strategy including product development, distribution channels, digital strategy, financial and operating model, organisation structure and implementation plans.

Strategic advisor and interim programme manager for a brand repositioning project with a major UK flooring retailer.
