Ian spent over 20 years in Asia, the last 15 of which were running Bloomberg’s business in the Asia-Pacific region which involved many start-up businesses within the firm such as magazine publishing and broadcast TV.

He has spent the last 20 years working with owners of SMEs and their teams and coaching senior executives in large corporations.  Ian has held several NED positions including one in Japan.
