Experience

Before founding the HR solutions company, Gareth worked as a troubleshooter in hospitality, transforming underperforming resorts into profitable ventures. He also gained expertise in software implementation, delivering solutions for SMEs to Fortune 500 companies, earning a reputation for driving sustainable business turnarounds and successful founder exits.

As the CTO of the HR solutions company, Gareth designed the product, scaled technical teams, and maximized productivity with lean investment. He also led UK technical operations for ELMO, a public software company, ensuring robust performance and security. He has overseen multiple businesses achieving ISO 27001 and similar security accreditations.

Later, as CEO, Gareth steered his HR solutions company to market leadership, growing its valuation from £40 million to £180 million in 18 months. Gareth is a strong leadership coach  and achieved these results with minimal staff turnover and exceptional NPS and eNPS scores.

He is highly experienced in process optimisation, change management, scaling operations, strategic planning and downsizing when necessary. He has deep experience with due diligence, on both sides, including negotiations exceeding $1 billion.
