Fred is an experienced C-level professional with over 25 years of experience providing IT solutions and consulting services to SME and large Enterprise customers in sectors including, telecommunications, finance, automotive, transportation, as well on-line retailers/wholesalers.

His career combines a strong executive experience of IT transformation and proven C-level leadership ability with both large and small Enterprises. Fred was the founder and CEO of a company which later grew to be Ireland’s largest IT transformation consulting company before exiting in 2020.

Fred offers board-level mentoring, scaling-up consulting and digital transformation consulting to SMEs/Enterprises wishing to grow increase their competitiveness.

Experience

Fred has the experience of building his own IT start-up. As CEO, he led and grew the company to over 200 staff spread across 4 countries. This company had customers in over 30 countries including large tier-1 customers spread across the telecommunications, financial and transportation sectors. Its focus was enabling these customers to accelerate their product delivery processes though the use of automation technologies. Fred had a successful exit with a sale of this company in 2020.

In 2019, Fred set up a boutique digital transformation company focussed on the scaling of SME and larger Enterprises using disruptive technologies such as Data Analytics, eCommerce, AI/ML, Data Analytics, IoT and 5G. Though this, Fred has offered a range of transformation services including board advisory, strategy definition, transformation roadmap definition, transformation delivery management and funding application support.
