After two decades in technology with Borland International and Microsoft Corporation, Frances spent several years providing marketing consultancy and global programme management to small and large companies.  She was also the co-owner and Managing Director of a manufacturing company in Somerset that designed and produced products sold globally.  This led to co-founding the Somerset Manufacturers Group and participating with the South West Manufacturers’ Network.

Frances has had a keen interest in personal development throughout her career, and is now coaching, training and supporting owners and managers in various areas of business expertise.  She is a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.  She volunteers with the Scout Association and holds roles locally and as a County Leadership and Management Trainer.
