Experience

Drew’s career started in Mobil as an Operations & Sales Manager before a number of diverse leadership roles in BP, heading up Retail Business Development, European IT and Commercial Finance.

He subsequently joined PA Consulting and helped key clients, including BAT and Unilever, improve delivery and performance on strategic projects.

In 2012, Drew set up Leading Outcomes to provide transformation specialists in Hospitality, FMCG and Retail, including Inchcape, IHG, edyn, Costa, John Lewis, Day Group, NK Fitness and Cambridge Management Consulting.
