David is a Non-Executive Director and technology strategist with 30+ years international experience.

Initially an accountant in Australia, David has worked in the Far East in agricultural commodities; and, UK, USA, Australia, Japan and Asia in technology businesses.

Part of 5-man team that purchased EMI plc Central Research Laboratories via £3.3m MBO. Listed on London Stock Exchange in 2000 (market cap £330m / staff of 250).

David developed QED, an IP licensing service, which included the marketplace yet2.com. Clients included most of Fortune Global 500.

David is Chairman of fintech company Inngot and NED of Rantmedia Games and Prodigi Group.
