Experience

• Acted as Auditor and Chief Advisor to numerous Start Up businesses in the Technology, Media and Automotive Businesses, which involved engagement with Investor, Bankers and Legal relations.
• For start-up and SME businesses, David has assisted in negotiation of investor raises, bank facilities and lending terms.
• Prepared and/or reviewed cashflows and projections over a short to medium horizon, stress testing these to assess where the business needs to improve, amend or adjust.
• Acted as chief financial advisor on a series of Acquisition, Disposal and Merger deals. This involved terms review, Share Purchase Agreement review and liaison with legal advisors on implications.
• Prepared Independent Valuation of start-up and established businesses to facilitate investment or exit strategies, as required.
