David is passionate about helping organisations define and deliver their change and IT strategies. Ensuring that the deliverables are aligned to the Business Strategy and importantly deliver tangible results.  Typically this starts by helping companies define the IT needs and supporting the development of a roadmap to support the business growth through pragmatic and fast delivery of business outcomes.    David has extensive experience helping companies shape deliverable transformation that delivers tangible financial value.

David has helped organisations deliver digital transformation that has typically delivered 20% more than the approved business case delivering both technology and cultural change. In one example the 3 year payback was achieved in just 8 months by aligning the customer need, new IT systems and focused colleague training.

David has experience with several organisations ensuring value is being delivered and the costs are appropriate to the business need typically removing up to 30% of costs through improved digital delivery, improved automation and efficiencies and better supplier contracts/sourcing.

David has also led numerous M&A due diligence activities to ensure that any risks are clear and a suitable integration plan is in place avoiding costly post acquisition issues.
