Darrel is a Business Owner/ General Manager/ Managing Director/ Operations Director/ Project Director with a sustained record of success. He has extensive commercial, financial, operational and technical experience.

Prior to starting his own business Darrel has led organisations with between 60 and 600 employees across a variety of Manufacturing and construction sectors over the previous twenty years.

Darrel is utilising his previous skills, knowledge and experience gained in supporting SME Business Owners achieve their ambitions.

During his business career to Darrel has a record of significant achievement across a wide range of sectors, achieving significant financial results in Business Development, Operational growth and business improvement.

  • Setting up own business specialising in Business Growth and scale, Exit Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Delivery of an operational plan which increased output by 30% (£12m per annum) for a Midlands based Aerospace business.
  • Leading team responsible for the delivery of £120m of construction projects in the NHS.
  • In a period of significant economic decline in the manufacturing sector delivered business profitability despite a massive reduction in revenue. Following decline rebuilt business in a controlled manner to achieve and surpass previous turnover and profitability.
