Summary

Bob joined Boardroom Advisors as a Regional Director/Advisor for the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire Region, following many years in corporate finance and industry. He has extensive experience as a managing director in the hospitality, manufacturing and distribution industries.

He has led the negotiation, financing and management of over 40 acquisitions from sellers ranging from independent operators through to administrators and major plc’s and has raised over £30m of growth capital. He has comprehensive business restructuring, turnaround and growth experience and enjoys helping entrepreneurs devise and implement strategies for the survival and growth of their businesses.
