Bassam has experience of managing / participating in the development & expansion of businesses in business planning, sales functions, and financial forecasting. He was involved, for many years, in setting company plans & objectives and conducted revisions after completions. This considered company performance, resources revision, market changes, and stakeholders’ ambition.

He has worked as a consultant, for several start-up businesses and incubator; in the field of engineering, construction, real-estate, trading, and services. Bassam participated in establishing a consultancy function. Additionally, he had his trading entity (food business). Bassam participated in formulating industrial projects through SABIC (NUSANED entrepreneurship Program).


  • Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at AMA International University in Bahrain in June 2006. Thesis topic is “Key Factors in Developing Strategic Plans of Medium-Sized Manufacturers in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia”
  • Bachelor of Science in General Physics. (1999), King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM).
