Summary

Andrew is a CEO and commercial leader with a track record of scaling technology-enabled service businesses and marketplaces.

He has led high-growth organisations including Job&Talent, Houzz and onefinestay, building international go-to-market organisations, launching new markets and delivering significant revenue growth. Andrew has managed P&Ls up to £350m and led teams of more than 250 people.

He works with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth, strengthen commercial performance and build the operational foundations required to scale.

Andrew combines big-company leadership experience with hands-on entrepreneurial insight through his own ventures in property investment, retail and technology-enabled services.

• Managing Director, International – Houzz

Built and scaled the international business of the Sequoia-backed home renovation platform, growing revenue from zero to $25m+ across ten markets while leading a 250-person commercial organisation.

● UK General Manager – onefinestay

Scaled the UK business of the premium home-rental marketplace to 1,500 homes across London and four cities, achieving industry-leading service quality (NPS +70) prior to the company’s $170m acquisition by Accor.
