Summary

A strategy consultant and educator with 30 years’ international experience across the private, public, academic and not-for profit sectors, specializing in cross-sector partnerships, ESG and social value.

Fluent in Spanish, with an MBA from IESE, Spain (Global Top 5), Adrian offers strategic leadership, organizational transformation, and stakeholder management. He has served as a Non-Executive Director (NED) and Chair for several organizations, including charities and employee-owned businesses.

Adrian chairs the Institute of Director (IoD) National Sustainability Group, and led the Silverstone 2035 Vision regional development coalition. In 2017 Adrian was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant (DL) of Northamptonshire for services to business and charity.
