Adrian has many years of experience with world leading blue chip companies and SME’s. He is a classically trained Sales and Marketing with a vast experience in 1st and 2nd line management, National Account Management, Sales Promotion, Marketing Services and Project/Change Management within one of the world’s leading blue chip multinational health care companies, a world renowned consumer electronics company and for the past 6 years as Sales and Marketing Director with a West Midlands based brand leading manufacturing business in the automotive market.

Adrian has over 40 years’ experience in the commercial world especially in the areas of Sales and Marketing. For the past 14 years he has worked at Hills Number Plates Ltd who are a brand leading supplier of registration plates to the UK and many other world markets. The last 6 of these have been as a Director and he was rewarded by this promotion due to his part in the recovery of a failing business which was close to closure in 2008. He is pleased to say that the company now stands as the third largest plate manufacturer in the world and is now in good shape as he retires from his position as Sales and Marketing Director in June 2020.
As a Board Director he has been party to major strategic and financial decisions and have very good all round knowledge.
The vital ingredient which helped him succeed was the vast amount of knowledge and training he gained working first at Johnson and Johnson, the world leading Healthcare Company for 12 years and then 8 years at the Dutch giant Philips CE. The Blue Chip background of training, commitment to success and culture gave Adrian the right mental attitude to be successful in his career. Adrian has worked from ground level as a territory salesman, sales trainer, man manager, National Account Manager and have developed and run many successful sales teams both field based and internal. He has an ethos that strong customer service is what all business must strive for. “A pragmatic common sense approach is what he offers”.
Adrian enjoys challenges and as a lifelong sportsman always want to win and have fun in the process!
